Precautions for installation of three gates

Check whether the stop surface on the connection between the main vertical frame and the horizontal frame is misaligned. If there is misalignment, loosen the connecting bolts and adjust the stop surface to the same plane.
When installing the gate, the gate should be installed in place as a whole. It is prohibited to install the gate frame and gate plate separately to prevent the gate frame from deforming.
Before the second phase of pouring, hoist the gate as a whole into place, find the correct positions of the front, rear, left, and right, and then adjust the bolts and weld them firmly with the engineering steel bars.

The gate should pay attention to the upper and lower limit positions of the gate plate, and cannot exceed the limit to avoid damage to the gate or hoist. If there is any abnormality during the opening and closing process of the gate, it should be stopped immediately and inspected and repaired in time. When the gate is closed, it should be one centimeter away from the bottom of the gate. It should be paused for a minute to allow the torrent to wash away the debris in the bottom gate groove, and then the gate should be closed again. Clean the dirt on the gate plate and gate frame in an emergency before the gate is closed for a long time. After cleaning, re-apply new oil to prevent corrosion from affecting future opening and closing.

Four hoist debugging
Under no load conditions, ensure that the three-phase current imbalance does not exceed positive and negative, and measure the current value. The operator must master the structural performance and operating methods of the hoist, and have certain mechanical knowledge to ensure the normal operation of the machine. Before operation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the lifting and shutting down machine to see if all parts are well lubricated and whether the bolts are loose. When electric opening and closing, check whether the power line is connected and whether the switch is in good condition. During electric operation, operators are not allowed to leave the site and stop the machine immediately if any problems are found. When starting and shutting down the machine for maintenance, the load must be removed. During use, lubricating oil needs to be injected from the oil injection hole at any time, and sufficient lubricating oil must be maintained at all times.
